Bureau Assistants

Bureau Assistants at the Biro Layanan Psikologi UMBY are selected students from the Faculty of Psychology who have gone through a rigorous selection and interview process. They are trained with discipline to fulfill various needs in the bureau, so that they can provide optimal support in psychological services. The team structure of the bureau assistant consists of a coordinator, secretary, treasurer, marketing, GA of test equipment, GA of counseling, Public Relations, and GA of Housekeeping. Although they have various roles and responsibilities, their main duties are as psychologist assistants, assisting in the implementation of counseling sessions, managing test kits, and supporting administrative and promotional activities. With their commitment and trained skills, bureau assistants play an important role in ensuring quality and effective services for clients at the Biro Layanan Psikologi UMBY.
