The appointment of educational staff that is appropriate and aligned with the needs of educational institutions is crucial for enhancing the quality of the learning process. Therefore, Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta (UMBY) is conducting a Psychological Test for the Appointment of Permanent Educational Staff on November 5, 2024. 

This activity aims to assess the abilities and potential of prospective educational staff in facing the tasks and responsibilities that will be assigned to them. Thus, UMBY can select the right personnel that meet the institution's needs. 

During this event, prospective educational staff will undergo a series of psychological tests designed to evaluate their abilities and potential. The results of these tests will be used as a reference in the selection and appointment process of educational staff. 

By conducting the Psychological Test for the Appointment of Permanent Educational Staff, UMBY hopes to enhance the quality of the learning process and improve the capabilities of educational staff in fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities that will be assigned to them.
