Appointing the right educational workforce and according to the needs of educational institutions is very important to improve the quality of the learning process. Therefore, Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta (UMBY) conducted a psychological test for the appointment of permanent education workers on Monday, December 16, 2024.
This activity aims to determine the ability and potential of prospective educational workers in facing the duties and responsibilities that will be given. Thus, UMBY can choose the right workforce and according to the needs of the institution.
In this activity, prospective educational workers will undergo a series of psychological tests designed to determine their abilities and potential. The results of this test will be used as a reference in the selection and appointment process of the educational workforce.
By carrying out the Psychological Test for the Appointment of Permanent Education Workers, UMBY hopes to improve the quality of the learning process and improve the ability of the education workforce to face the duties and responsibilities that will be given.
